Why does water matter in muscle recovery?

Hydration means nutrient delivery and waste removal
After a workout, your body needs to:
- Deliver amino acids (protein building blocks)
- Deliver glucose to refill glycogen
- Remove inflammatory waste products
Blood plasma is mostly water.
If you're dehydrated:
- Blood volume drops
- Circulation becomes less efficient
- Muscle repair slows
