What we collect through this website

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in, preferred times and your message. We use this only to reply to you and arrange appointments.
• Online booking: bookings are made on a separate system run by our booking provider (Rushcliff), which has its own privacy policy.

Please don’t put detailed medical information in the website forms – we’ll discuss that with you at your appointment.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and database providers may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. See our cookie policy for details.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and are then deleted or anonymised.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the site (Vercel for hosting and Supabase for our database) and to send email. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
